No houseboats, live-aboard, or wooden boats. Executed License Agreement with payment and insurance coverage approved by HMI (liability, property damage insurance including hull, machinery & SRCC with a minimum $300,000 and Hoffmaster’s Marina, Inc. as an additional insured) will be required prior to occupying the slip.
